X-PAR-1: Pan-EU AI Adopters Ecosystem
Experiment Description
Led by DIGIHALL in collaboration with Saxony-Anhalt DIH, the two entities aim at bridging their communities so to exchange best practices as well as sharing common methodologies to face the obstacles of using the AI4EU platform and its available components, and more generally of using AI.
As a link with the L services offer, DIGIHALL and DIH Saxony-Anhalt will jointly organize a webinar for AI adopters on AI ethics / trustworthy AI as it is crucial to raise awareness among SMEs on cross-cutting AI-related issues, that will impact them in the future with possible new regulation or standards.
Thanks to this approach, the of DIHs’ customers in this kind of topic will be tested. Moreover, another webinar is planned to be organised, potentially involving other DIHs with which establishing collaborations.

Expected Impact
The Pan-EU AI adopters ecosystem will raise awareness among SMEs within the respective ecosystems about ethics in AI, and help demystifying the concept by giving concrete examples. It is also expected that this experiment will generate ideas among participants for potential future collaboration, especially considering other EU-funded projects relating to AI and ethics. The European dimension brought by this type of event will bring benefits to participants such as new contacts and renewed interest in the topic.
